About Me

My name is Kimberly.  I prefer to go by Kimberly.  But people will always shorten it to Kim, so that's cool with me too.  I mean, Adam does it and I still married him.

Adam is my husband.  He's read my blog twice.  :)  Read about how he asked me on our first date here. 

I taught Interior Design at Bingham High School in South Jordan UT for five years.  I also have a design blog: Design Salt Interiors.  I quit this year to stay at home with my daughter Olivia and decided to nanny for my friend's children to make a little extra money while we save for a house.  Its been a weird transition.

I became a mom when Olivia was born on March 28, 2011 and she's getting a brother this January!  During the day I'm super excited, but when ever I wake up in the night and think about having to feed a baby and change a diaper, I'm not so thrilled.  I'll adjust just like I did last time.
